Has anyone had to replace the 17hp Kawasaki engine in their GT275? I need a new engine and want to know if there is an workable rebuild or new engine that will slip in as a replacement.

What happened to your engine? This is why I am reluctant to replace electric clutch for mower. Mine is 20 years old and new clutch and labor nearly $800. Thinking not worth it

They are charging you $500 for labor. That is way too much in my opinion.
