The engine is now totally removed from the housing. I am still unable to access the pulley in order to install the new drive belt. The vertical spindle, shaft or whatever it is properly called, does not appear to be removable, nor does the muffler plate, I believe it is called, appear to be separable from the structure above the pulley. Anyone have any experience with this procedure? Charles
