My parents have a major problem with their snow blower. They went out today to snow blow all the snow that fell and noticed gas leaking from the bottom of the snow blower. Could the tank be cracked?

I'll have to go take it apart then. My parents aren't really that handy when it comes to repairing things. Plus my mom like to exaggerate things. So, it could be that they put gas into the tank and spilled some .

Haha, your mom sounds like a character. I think it's cute when our parents do things and don't understand that it's just a simple solution. My dad drives me a bit crazy, but I love to help him.

Could be a leaking fuel line or a carb seal leaking, I would check both. Also could be rotten tank if it is metal. Cheers.
