Engine Alternate Engines

Is there an alternate engine for a Gravely Number 12 commercial?
The 12 hp Kohler that is on it is worn out.

Does Kohler offer a replacement engine for the worn out unit? Seems this would be the easy way to go.

You can repower with about anything, if you take good measurements or check the specs for your present engine...
BUT the easiest method will be like jenkinsph suggests, check with a Kohler engine dealer, they can see what engine will be the closest match... You will have to get the information off your existing engine... :smile:KennyV
