Swisher 60" trailmower belt binding

I have a Swisher Trailmower, and the main pully is tight now, instead of being loose until I engage the blades. It seems one of the pullys might be out of place? One side of the belt rubs agains the guide, while the other side is normal. Im not sure how I would have bent such a stout arm/pulley, but I cant figure anything else out. Ive removed the belt, tried to look as best I can but its all under the engine deck. Anyone else with similar experiences?
