What are things you look for when looking to hire help?
My biggest thing is if your standing there waiting for me with your hands in your pockets. Just say bye bye.
No work boots no job.
If you smoke ( I do ) no butts in the yard.
Must be able to use a trimmer and leave the bark on the trees. Or not cut holes in skirting.
No cell phone when working. In the truck on the way to next yard is ok.
If you are not 10 or more mins early for interview I won't hire you.
If you show up with a tank top shirt Not good
If you still drunk from the night before no hire.
Show up with your wife and kids in the car. I will give you a try
(( racing is the only sport that you need two balls ))
