I need help reinstalling the 46 in deck on my LT166. I bought whole mower and mower deck was already off. I tried looking at the JD IPL from JD site but couldnt tell how it goes on.

Y shaped bracket goes from the front of the deck to a hole under the front axle. This will be used to adjust the deck front to rear. Long arm with the spring is the connector between the engagement arm under the tractor to the engagement lever on the deck. Short pins are for rear hangers. Post back if more help is needed.

Where does the long pin go? Would it go in the hole on the blade engage lever underneath mower frame? Blade engage lever is near steering wheel. I dont have a PTO pull/push switch.

No, because the pins for the engagement lever are on the long arm. Don't know where it goes. Sorry

The long pin goes up in the front where the Y Bracket connects to the mower frame, it slides into a bracket just above that from side to side so the Y bracket arm with the pivot cannot come out when mowing low...hard to explain ill try and take a picture tonshow exactly what I'm talking about
