Just bought a Stihl edge re-definer and cannot find anywhere in the instruction booklet as to proper technique to use to get a 45° angle. Tried a couple of ways, but it seems as if I am working too hard at it. Found that is easier to get through the ground when it is dry. Wet ground just "cakes" up under the shield. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

This is for the Echo bed redefiner, but a lot of the info still applies. For proper safety information it is best to refer to the Stihl manual in your case.

To me it is a waste of money. I can still do it faster with a flat shovel

(( racing is the only sport that you need two balls ))
