Toro lx426 briggs conks out aftera half hour of cutting 4 years old

My toro lx426 starts and runs fine for about a half hour then conks out. Starts up again for a couple of minutes then conks outagain. Have cleand the carb, new fuel filter, checked air filter. Any ideas out there. Thanks

Could be the ignition module or maybe rust in carb. bowl if rust is present replace the bowl and clean the carb paying close attention to the jet in fuel pick up tube

Next time it quits check for spark immediately. No spark replace th coil.

Replying much after the post, however thought I would add my own experience. If you have a gravity feed fuel tank, but the fuel filter is for a fuel pump equipped machine, you can get fuel starvation. After I had a tune up, my LX426 would run maybe 30 to 40 minutes and quit. I discovered there was little to no fuel in the filter, but it would refill itself after 20 minutes and I could cut again until it ran dry. Swapped out the B&S filter for a universal and now it runs continuously.
