Some time ago I changed hydrostat oil , they gave me torguard oil to use for this application. I did not get as much oil in as drained out . The 111 mows grass fine and the snowblower works fine ,but when I put a thacther or aireator on behind to pull the oil must get too hot and just keeps slowing down until you stop and let it cool down. My question is did this oil get into all the veins ,or was this the wrong oil, or any other suggestion. This 111 is over 26 years old and has been a great outfit.

Did you re-check the oil when it was standing level? Were you maybe over-filled before?
