What is the best way to remove/install the seat? It is very small (green) gasket/seat.
What tool? I'm getting to much fuel to the engine (143.296042) It is seeping out the intake gasket.
Could the Float be the problem? If so, what is the spec.?
Thanks

I use a #5 crochet hook, works great. More than likely replacing the needle and seat will solve your problem. Another way if you have an air compressor is to blow the seat out, by blowing air through the fuel inlet. Make sure you install the new seat with the rings toward the carb body and all the way down.

I used a Sm spring hook and it came right out. The old one did not have an up/down side and was beige.
The float was not level either! I will assemble it tomorrow. I need to get new intake gaskets.
Thanks for the responce.

One side should have a ring on it, the other side is flat. Ring goes toward the carb body.

Check:thumbsup: The old one had no "ring".

Put it back on and she will not run...................................................

Maybe tomorrow!
