No gas getting to the plugs

I have a fastrak 52in with a 20 hp honda. Usually, I put throttle to half and full choke and it fires right off. Last time I pushed the choke down to fast and it died. I have not been able to start it since. I'm not joe mechanic, but I can muddle through things. It is getting spark, but I'm not sure that it's getting fuel to the plug. It appears to be dry. I have unhooked the fuel line to be sure I have flow. I have also removed the air filter and cleaned and also tried to start with the filter off. No luck. Gas should be fine only a few weeks old.

Any thoughts? I'm guessing maybe the black thing on top of carb ( fuel pump maybe) or carb issues.
