Trying to keep my dad's 1980's 108-5 rear-engine rider on the lawn, maybe somebody can help me? I'm trying to replace the PTO belt (the second belt that runs off the crank shaft to the pulley that drives the blade belt) and I can't find a routing diagram anywhere on the internet. Does anybody have one or can you tell me how the belt is supposed to be routed? The old one (probably original) flew off and was cracked and stretched, so I don't know the right position for the new belt.

Go to a website that has a parts diagram for your unit, such as the one listed below. It will give you a basic route pattern. Remember when routing, flat side of the belt goes to a flat pulley and the V side goes to a V pulley.
