I repair mowers and there are 6 Hondas in run.
The only thing I ever replace are belts, blades , filters and the occasional bearing, they just never stop
If everything is working well replace the entire engine.
Just remember to measure the shaft diameter as if yours was a Euro engine the shaft will most likely me 20 or 25 mm where as most USA engines shafts will be 3/4" or 1"
