X320 Mower shut down when go in reverse

I want to jumper around this switch that allows this shut down and I would rather not to have to raise the switch each time I back up when mowing. I realize it is a safety feature but I don't need it. I had a L-120 and I just jumpered the switch but this one wireing is dif.
