The sun was shining, the birds were a chirping and the traffic wasn't too bad today. I would say it was a beautiful day today. I wish everyday could be like today. What was the weather like in your area?
I've heard some pretty crappy music lately but my latest obsession is Rascal Flatts. I really like: To Make Her Love Me, While You Loved Me and Forever. I've been a fan for awhile now but I've never been to any of their concerts. I bet that would be a good one to go to.
We have two computers in the house. One has a computer chair and the other one we use a kitchen chair. I can't sit at the one with the kitchen chair very long because it hurts my back and my butt . Do you think they will notice if I steal the computer chair?
I found a mower I absolutely fell in love with. It's the Snapper RE200 Rear Engine riding mower. I think it's cool because if you need to work on the engine you don't have to put it on a lift. The engine is right behind the drivers seat. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it.
My parents have a major problem with their snow blower. They went out today to snow blow all the snow that fell and noticed gas leaking from the bottom of the snow blower. Could the tank be cracked?
Does anyone know if there are any recalls? A friend of mine just bought his Torro a couple months ago and is having problems keeping it running. I was wondering if there were any recalls that we missed.

I would love to have a mower like this! Maybe one day when I get the land that is need for a toy like this. The only thing I don't like...
Ok, just got my chainsaw blade back and now the darn thing won't start. There is a real strong smell of gas but I don't see a leak anywhere. Any thoughts?
You know how they have those giant moving sprinkler systems for farms? Well, do they make mini ones for smaller yards? I hate having to go out and move the darn sprinkler every couple hours. I would rather it move itself!
I recently saw my first tornado cloud which was a bit nerve wrecking! In all my years of living I had never seen one because it's rare in my area but I saw one and I don't think I want to see another. Have you ever had any experiences with a tornado?
My backyard is infested with pill bugs. You know those bugs that roll up into a ball when they get scared. Do these little bugs cause any harm or should I get rid of them? My kids love collecting them so I'm just a wondering.
How do you get rid of clover without killing your grass? I have tons of clover that the wild bunnies love but it makes my lawn look like it's just weeds. I don't want to damage the grass so what can I use?
I know they make machines to dig out fence post holes. Where can I go to rent one? We are getting ready to put in a new privacy fence so I think it would make the job easier on our backs if we could rent one. Does anyone know if Home Depot rents them out?
I HATE spiders and I do believe they hunt me down every year. What can I put down to eliminate the problem so I can go back to gardening in peace? I don't want my kids to think I'm crazy when I get off my hands and knees screaming that a spider is on me .
We just had some experience with a backhoe when we filled in our pool. Those are fun little machines but very loud and in the middle of filling in the pool the thing decided to die so we spent an hour fixing it. Not a fun job at all.
Has anyone been to any outdoor concerts lately? In my area they have concerts on the beach which is just an awesome time. There is a variety of music so old and young can enjoy the sounds and of course they have food which is good too.
I have a fairly new mower that I was working on over the weekend because one of my kids put sand in the fuel tank. Anyway, I finally cleaned out the tank and went to start it by pulling the cord (I have a push mower that you have to pull start) and the string broke and now it's down inside. How...
How do you get sand out of a gas tank without ruining the mower? My little one thought it would be a great idea to pour sand into the gas tank of our push mower and I can't figure out how to get the sand out. Is it pretty much gone?
I was riding around my neighborhood today and I saw a woman on a riding mower for a lawn that is probably 60x40 in the front and 60x80 in the back. I was thinking that maybe she was a tad bit lazy to use a push mower but then I got to thinking, maybe she has some medical condition so she can't...
I keep seeing ads in my local paper for Briggs and Stratton lawn mowers. Are they pretty good? Right now I have a Craftsman but if Briggs and Stratton are better then I wouldn't mind trading up.
I like drinking the girly drinks like Sex on the Beach or Long Island Icetea or a hurricane. If it isn't an alcoholic beverage then I like fresh made lemonade or a nice cold coke. Which got me to thinking, what is your drink of choice?
I've seen a lot of people let their young children ride their mower around their yards. I believe the youngest I saw was 5 years old. How young is too young? I personally wouldn't do it because they could get hurt really bad and I don't want to have to live with that.
We purchased a Craftsmen walk behind mower last summer from Sears. I believe we paid about $180 for it and it works pretty good. The one we have has the bag but it also mulches which is nice. It's a lot nicer than the one we previously had.
How do I get rid of those pesky grubs that are destroying my lawn? Just when I think I've gotten rid of them, they come back. Is there a way to get rid of them for good?
