Yes I have checked the oil level a couple of times and just a minute ago. Oil level is a little low at the add mark. Oil is new, doesn't seem to have any gas in it. Oil is the color of new oil. Thanks for willingness to help Mike

One more thing : when both valves are fully closed the rocker arms will just barely move sideways/updown. The push rods will spin when valves are closed.
