Honda GXV530 will not rev up.
I have a Hustler Fastrak 42" with the honda GXV530 engine. I broke the flywheel fan by backing under a deck. The mower still ran fine but after i replaced the flywheel fan it will not rev up to the proper RPM. I've pulled the flywheel to check the woodruff key, it appears to be fine. Has anyone...
