Make sure where the lift switch is that box you lift up on to raise the deck make sure its all the way down. Mine some how bounced up one time and that will not let the pto kick on I had a heck of time figuring that one out.

Do you have the out front deck with electric lift?

Mine although not the same as yours but im sure works on the same basis has two pins in the back that you have to pin. Have no idea how they could of come unpinned doing what you were doing.

I changed the grease in mine cause I thought it was to loud and maybe they did not fill it when it left the factory. But it was full I just used regular rear end grease 80-90 wt. and it still makes a lot of noise.

I think your clutch is sticking. Some how tie your clutch pedal down for a day or two and see if that works.

I notice in your video you got all four plastic spacers inserted in between the actuator. I think you might have to much pressure on them try adjusting the front of the deck down with the two rods on the deck one left one right or maybe pull the drive tires on to a couple two by fours but any...

I tried running 10w30 and straight 30w neither one made much of a difference, I went to talk to the dealer before the warranty went off and he told me to start using 20w50 kohler oil crazy priced of course he did mention a other brand but cant remember what it was, he said kohler would not do...

Rickw this is off subject and I apologize. I have a 2016 727 efi that uses not much but a noticable amount of oil between oil changes been that way sense new. It now has 340 hrs. on it. Does your Kohler motor use any oil that you notice? thanks

Mine makes that noise when it gets to the end of its travel up or down. I would check and make sure nothing is keeping the deck from moving or binding it.

Hi everybody. I am thinking about buying the mulching kit for my out front 61" model #3461 mowing deck. One reason is that it blows clippings over me and the mower when the wind is blowing. Would the mulching kit eliminate that? And would welcome all good and bad feedback about the mulching...
