Mine looks like this and is part #138244 on a 4360-55 transaxle. Sears has a part #790079 that looks like the one in your diagram. They can't tell if it's a substitution. That one looks like this.. The photo that says Floyd's is the one I'm looking for.

Anyone know where I can get the brake lever for a Dana Spicer Foote 4360 transaxle? Dana part number is 138244. part is for an early 90s Craftsman lt4000 lawn tractor. My understanding is that many different brand tractors used this transaxle.

The tension spring that holds the mower control lever against the cut off switch broke and isn't available anymore for my model. Anyone know of any alternatives, subs or homemade fixes?
