Just picked up a 99 928d yesterday. The hydraulic lift isn't working and I'd like to see if anyone has any ideas. Ive checked the fuse and run the wiring from the handle to up under the fuse box to make sure it's plugged in. I have a voltmeter, if someone could tell me if this should have power...
