Hello everyone, I'm a new member to this forum. I have a Ferris H3222K 70" deck (from the mid 90's) making a whining noise When I press the pedal to go forward or reverse the mower makes a whining noise. The noise is constant when the pedal is depressed in either direction. I feel like it...
