This is what its sounds like every time a turn off my tractor does anyone know what is causing this,

When a I put my tractor on idle it start to shake and make a knocking noise, when I shut it off the tractor shakes and make a loud knocking noise then turns off. The tractor runs fine on high idle, not burning oil. everything looks fine, any suggestion on where to start.

I have Personal pace Toro lawn mower 6.5 Hp electric starter , the mower starts up then it just dies I had the carb cleaned out in 2009 because of bad gas, worked great for a year , now it keep on dieing out. Do I have to have the carburetor clean out every season, I have installed new spark...
