My 2010 Cub Cadet LTX 1040 runs fine on flat ground. But it slows to a crawl going up hills. Is there some kind of adjustment that takes care of this issue? The belts are fairly new. I do have grease/oil leaking out of the axle seals. Is this a separate issue or part of the problem...
