I had my dealer change the hydro oil at 250 hours. The mower now has 777 hours. When should I have it done again? It's a 2011 Exmark 72" X-series with a 34HP Kolher.

My 2011 Honda 217 is running rough. When I first start it , it spits out a puff of black smoke. I pulled the spark plug and it was black. I replaced the plug, but it still surges. Any ideas?
