Are the new 4 stroke trimmers any good??are they any easier to start over 2 strokes? Do they have enough power?

Hey guys, I'm workin ona yard machines with a 14.5hp Briggs ohv single cylinder motor.....when I put my jumper/starter on the battery and try to start it the starter does nothing....I'm pretty good with motors and electrical wiring etc,but this ones got me stumped.....I even put jumper cables on...
