Does anyone have a rear discharge deck and use gator blades. I am looking to put some on my Kubota ZG 327, without a mulching kit. Thanks

I have a ZG327 with a 60 inch rear discharge deck. Has anyone ever put mulching blades on this type of deck. Looking at getting some Gator blades. Also are there any other good blades for this type of deck?

I am currently trying to revive a yard of 10 years of no care and abuse. I need to dethatch and aerate. Should I do both this fall? Which one should I do first? After all that I will do an overseeding and a fall lawn food fertilizer application.
