I have a Honda HRR2166VKA. In the process of changing the belt decided to check the transmision gear lube. Having loosened the 4 bolts on the pan and more gear oil leaked than I planned. Now I plan on just replacing all the gear oil. Anyone know how much gear oil and what weight?

I ordered a replacement magnet and found it would bolt up but looks different and the ground connector is a larger size, this an easy fix. Thinking this a generic part not OEM thats why it isn't the same? Will the replacement work original replacement

If I added a grease fitting to the gear box on an MTD self propelled lawnmower what lubricant should I add? My last self propelled the gear box was dry when I took it apart for a postmortem inspection so thought I would be proactive.
