I have a Dixie Chopper 2460 Magnum that has gone thru 2 power belts to the deck. the idler sheave bracket has a long bolt that holds the idler sheave in place. is this bracket suppose to slide up and down on the bolt. Currently there is about 1 inch of up and down movement on the bracket.

Dixie Chopper 2460, When mowing and moving forward (happens when mowing downhill) there is a strong rattling sound from the engine and pump area. I have checked all mounting hardware and nuts and bolts. What could cause this.
