I have a (well several) Farmall H tractors and out of all of them only 1 is the old hand crank starter tractors. I really want to do away with the hand crank (it's a pain to crank to start). Anyone ever do this? Is it a pain?

I was at Sear's yesterday and they had a lot of their riders on clearance. I wish I needed a new one, I always thought they just put them away for the next year but I guess they try to sell them. What do they do with the ones they don't sell? Do they mark them down the next season?

How many chainsaws do you own? How many do you take with you when you go cut wood? I love wood cutting season and it's almost here (we start when it gets cooler out). We only have Stihl chainsaws and we own a lot of them.

We've got an older push mower and it's starting to act up. It seems to cut out a lot. My dad said we should replace or rebuild the motor. I don't think it's worth it. We've had it for about 8 years.

Have you ever seen a lawnmower race? Our town started this a couple of years back. People take older riding lawnmowers and soup them up to make them quick. They then race them. It was pretty funny to watch!

I'm always curious about what setting people mow their lawn on. I've seen some people that cut it really short and it seems to burn when the sun is out and all hot. I tend to leave my grass a bit longer.

We went out and cut wood yesterday, and thankfully we took 3 chainsaws. Our smallest one kept shutting off. It would start right back up but then would just shut off. It shut off once in the middle of the tree that we were cutting?

My aunt is looking for a push mower. She has about 1.5 acres of land. She doesn't want to buy a rider. I'm thinking that she will need a push mower with the bigger wheels on the back. What kind is that? Anyone want to recommend a mower. She has some hills but it's mostly just flat land.

About 3 years ago we started to plant tomatoes in 10 gallon buckets. They take up so much room in the garden and it just worked better. There was little weeding and the bugs kept off the tomatoes. We tied them to the back side of the deck (so no one could see it). Ever tried this?
