Anyone know how to locate a Briggs dealer by their Dealer number?

it can't be rebuilt, The shaft is damaged beyond repair. I am hoping to find a complete spindle that will work or that can be easily adapted

The hole for the spindle is 6 inch diameter. The bolt holes are 7 3/4 apart diagonally and 5 1/2 inches straight across. Anyone know of anything out there for a spindle that I can use?

I have tried contacting them on that page, When I click on the order parts it goes to a page that say's Forbidden. Their phone numbers don't work and the email comes back as undeliverable.
