    Hi guys, I have a 2015 cub cadet with a 22hp KT725. I just fixed my governor and the thing idles great now, however it's running rich as a son of a bitch (exhaust has that rich disgusting smell) and the left exhaust pipe is glowing red if the throttle goes above half. What should I check for...

    Kohler 7000 KT725 won't idle, always full throttle

    Hi guys, I have a 2015 cub cadet with a 22hp KT725. It will not idle when started, it just goes to wide open. I can push the throttle closed with my finger right on the carb, but if I let go, it goes back to wide open. Governor adjustment has been done... no change. Bad governor?
