Is there a way to raise the cutting height above the standard 4 inches? I like to have my grass longer in the summer to protect it from dry conditions.
4 inches is too short, and since I use it to mow a small horse pasture, I certainly want the grass longer there, to prevent wear and tear.
I have a Sears Craftsman 26 HP garden tractor (2010) with a 54" deck, model # 917.28947
One idea I had was to replace the tires with taller ones, if they exist.
