I have a Kawasaki FB460v on an old Ferris mower. It's one of the ones that has a pull-cord start, not electric. I was cutting our grass this morning, and suddenly it putt-putted and died. Now it won't run for more than a few seconds every 10 minutes or so. Any ideas why?

Anyone have any idea why my (old) Ferris' blades won't engage? It's one of the old ones that has a sulky on the back, and uses the brakes to turn. The engine turns on fine, but this morning, the blades won't engage. Thanks!
