It has been very quiet on here so i thought i would post some pictures of my collection and project mowers over the last two years.

Here is a little clip of a 1979 lawn boy model 8238 AE that i just finished.

Here is the charger that goes with it. I got one of these exact 8238ae models that actually had the charger and rear bag for $10 for everything!

I use a little bit bigger hammer on the Murray. This one is going to the scrap yard. So it will get several revenge whacks.

I haven't posted many pictures in the last few years, and i synced my phone so the pics are on the computer now. I found this beauty a few years ago. This one is all original and has not been restored. needless to say it will never be for sale and is now in the collection. I got it for $30...

Hey gearnoggin here is a video of my 1987 8243AE. This is all original on the machine and if i had to guess its in the 50-70 hrs range. It was in the trash in Kansas City and a guy pulled it out of the trash and sold it to me for $30. A $45 battery and a carb clean this is the result!

1987 8243AE that i drove to Kansas City to get. The yellow was a promo model i picked up from the same dude, but i sold it because it wasn't my thing and i sold it to a very worthy buyer that mowed commercially with one in the 80's and did not have the know how to fix it once the carb got dirty...

I am posting some pictures of a rare electric start f series steel deck that I refurbished . I just mowed my lawn with it and it runs amazing and starts easy with the electric start.

Well I drove 4.5 hours to get some lawn boys! Probably too far but I just had to with the promo involved! The 8343AE is like new and runs amazing! I also picked up another 10323 and a 10301 while I was there to make the trip worth it. I will sell those to pay for the trip. Enjoy the photos!

Hey guys! i need to ship a lawn boy and i was wondering how you guys ship them and keep the price down. I see people shipping them for 75-90 dollars all day long. I got a quote from UPS for 220 dollars today. I don't want to pay that much so i would appreciate the input and tips. thanks!

Well I got this mower off eBay two weeks ago and it has been a chore! There was slop in the bearings so I cracked it open and put in new bearings and crank seals and cleaned the piston and exhaust ports. I cleaned and reinstalled the rod bearings and degreased the whole engine and RTV sealed the...
