I am going to look at older 031 av does it have to say electronic to a be a saw with modern electronic or does it have points ? The owner says its 8 yrs old I think its 20yrs old

I am going to look at a used Echo 510 EVL does any body know anything about these saws I think they were made in the 80 s and early 90 s The guy wants 200 for the saw. thanks Ron
