Replaced the battery because it was bad. Does the older Kohler command have a voltage regulator. This is around a 1990 tractor.

I have a LT 150 with a kohler motor that appears to be flooding out. I have outstanding spark. The motor backfires thru the carb and out the muffler. I'm thinking that the needle valve in the carb float is stuck and letting too much gas in. The plug is wet when I check it. I have checked...

LT 150 has no spark. I have replaced the coil, still no spark. Took the ground wire off the coil, no spark. Put a coil tester on the plug wire and grounded the tester, no spark. I don't believe there are any bad safety switches. All the switches appear to work as usual. Isn't a fuel...
