I found the source of the noise. It’s this metal disc. There is some play in it but I don’t see a way that it can be tightened. Wondering if there is some slack by design.

No it’s only when accelerating at the very beginning

I just purchased the 56V riding mower CMCRM233303 and have noticed upon moving forward or backward from a stop the rear end seems to be making a rattling/grinding noise. I lifted the rear end up and spun the tires and no noise. It appears it is coming from the electric motor? It’s just in front...
