Any fishermen (or women) here? Maybe you can explain to me the fascination. My son in law is a carp fisherman and he regularly abandons his wife and kids to sit outside, in all weathers in a little tent with a few rods set up with little bells that tinkle when a fish bites. Then he lets them go!

OK the Summer is fast fading and we can't sit out on the lawn in the sun any more but we couldn't do it when the Summer was at it's best because of all the ants! I'd like to know the best way to get rid of them, if it's possible?

What would be your choice, if money was no object, which unfortunately is unlikely to be the case, but just supposing? Would you go for a corded or cordless mower?
