I have a Swisher Trailmower, and the main pully is tight now, instead of being loose until I engage the blades. It seems one of the pullys might be out of place? One side of the belt rubs agains the guide, while the other side is normal. Im not sure how I would have bent such a stout...

Dumb question, but my Swisher 60" main drive belt broke, and the only way I could get in there to replace was to remove the engine and attach it. I know there has to be a better way. The long blade belt is a snap to change so I know there is a trick to the shorter belt. Thanks
