I have a Honda 2216 Lawn Tractor, about 14 years old. Regularly serviced. Started up last night (May 12 2016) but no engagement of the blades. All the belts were on ok. Starter motor then jammed onto the engine with of course a loud squealing noise. Is this the circuit board? Would appreciate...
