Rivets, I think you may be right..I let it sit and thought I noticed the coolant level in overflow had dropped...So I marked it to see what happens after I start it again and then let it sit I also am thinking if there was coolant in there, couldn't I remove spark plugs to see if coolant comes...

Try doing your first run at the grass with a high cut. Then go over it a second time with a slightly lower cut. It will produce shorter blades on the lawn

So somewhere between gas going into carb and the jet inside the carb is blocked up. If you spray you’ve put fuel past the jet into the combustion area. That’s why it starts. I’d say the carb needs a thorough clean out

It’s either spark which you’ve checked, air filter clogged or fuel not getting through. Odds are it’s a fuel issue. Clean out the carb
