I'm not getting gas to the Carb. Cleaned lines, Replaced Fuel Filter. Was about to replace fuel pump when I noticed the Solenoid at bottom of Carb was not clicking. Plz Help

Never had a Starting problem, until now. I couldn't get it to start.I put a new Fuel Filter & Spark Plug. I put it on level ground, and Blew out Gas Line. I wasn't getting Gas to the Filter. I Blew in the Hose, toward the Tank and received Prime. It would run close to a Hour or when I was on a...
