Hello all, Looking for advice on how to remove a broken head bolt on this engine. It's broken inside the block. I'm pretty sure someone over torqued it and broke it because all the other head bolts were torqued way over spec. Spec is about 18 foot lbs, these were torqued to about 60. Hopefully...
