    Hour meter

I purchased a new Ariens Ikon and the hour meter didn't work. Went to my dealer and he said bring it in or he could give me a new hour meter to install if comfortable with the replacement. I replaced the meter and it didn't work either. I then checked the plug for 12v power with the key on...

Zero Turn, down to two. Would appreciate the help (Cub vs JD)

Have you looked at Gravley? They have a line of zero turns for commercial use and a residential line of zt's. Bith carry heavy duty decks and good warranty. You should be able to get into the residential line within your price and they also own Cab Cadet.

Advice needed on buying a zero turn... Toro or Troy Bilt!

I would suggest that you look at the Gravely brand for a zero turn mower. The have a heavy duty welded deck on the residential model and even heavier deck on the commercial models.

You'll love it. I've got the ZT HD 60 as my first zero turn. Decided to add to my barn and due to the current deals at the time I went with the Pro Turn 148. It's even better than the zt hd.

PS, both of these ztr's have the Kawasaki engine.

Hello from NC - engine question

Wolkpack Papa, how much yard do you cut and how fast do you want to have it cut? Depending on your location, check with your local mower dealer. I've purchased two zero turns over the past six years and got a upper end residential ztr and an entry level commercial ztr with 48 months interest...

    Trash Container

I know that some of you have developed/designed a container mounted to your mower to hold trash (cans, bottles, paper, etc.) while cutting. Could you post some pictures of these creations so that the rest of us can benefit from you knowledge.

5 acres with bumps I don't want junk

Congratulations on your purchase. While reading through the post, I was going to recommend the Gravely ProTurn Series. It's part of the commercial line, which means heavy duty deck, pumps and other parts. Not to mention a very comfortable seat with suspension. I've had a ProTurn 148 for about 3...

Does a Harbor Freight cheaper ($100) mower lift work on a Hustler Raptor 60" mower?

I purchased the heavier Fischer 750 lb. Heavy Duty ATV/Mower High Lift Jack from HF. It currently sales for $209, however, I saw it on sale and had a coupon. This lift is a monster, it lifts both of our ZT mowers with no problem (Gravely HD 60 and ProTurn 148). Lift also has safety lock pins...

    Gravely/Ariens Owner Check-In --- Read This First!

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the Forum but not to Gravely. We currently have a ZT HD 60 and a ProTurn 148 with bagger. Both machines are great. I prefer the ProTurn for the better ride, better power and traction, while my wife enjoys the ZT HD 60 because it sits a little lower to the ground and...
