Having trouble finding this part, 49069-2228-9Y. Everyone says they can order it then in a few days I get a call saying it's no longer available. Any ideas where I could find one?

I hit the wheel barrow yesterday and the handle went right in the carb adjustment screw. One bent and the other broke off. I have ordered new screws but I found a spring/link that seems to be hanging loose between the carb and the silver plate/bracket on the right. I will get a better pic...
