What works best to remove rust from the inside of fuel tanks?

I am thinking about building a modified version of the old time Briggs Flyer to use in parades and the like to advertise my shop. Have any of you built one?

I need a diagram for a craftsman that I am working on. Modle #917.252520 The one in the Craftsman site is too small and doesent have the wire colors. Never mind, I searched further and got it.

How does one remove the engine pulley for the starter generator on a Cub Cadet 122? The oil seal under the pulley is leaking badly and I need to replace it.

I beleive that I have found the problem that was causing the engine to surge and not run without the choke. The throttle linkage bracket was loose on the throttle shaft and the foam wsher was missing. I tightened the bracket and replaced the foam washer. The carb is now soaking in Berrymans...

Snapper single cylinder lawn tractor. Every time the pto is used for more than a few moments, the battery will not restart the mower. Voltage regulator shows 14.7 vdc output. Why is this draining the NEW battery?
