My secondary mower (only because of this problem) is a Husqvarna ZTR. It is powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs - Stratton Intek OHV engine. It has a tendency to break push rods. Is this a problem inherent with this engine? Is there something I can do to help prevent this? It's getting a little old...

Got a Bolens cultivator/tiller. Mice/rat(?) gnawed primer bulb. can this be replaced? A quick look did not show a readily apparent method. Great little cultivator but sucks air with primer bulb holed and will not start.

When key is in crank position, solenoid clicks and starter only whirrs indicating to me that starter gear is not engaging flywheel. Battery is 13 months old shows 12.8 volts. Supply to solenoid shows same voltage. Load side of solenoid when key is in the crank position shows 10.6 volts. Voltage...
