hello, i have a Kohler 20hp that is driving me crazy. the engine will only turn over maybe 1/4 of a turn and stop, go past the hard spot and stop again. i have replaced the battery, solenoid, and starter. even tried to jump start it from a car battery with the same results. so does this sound...
