This is my long running restore of a Cub Cadet 124. I had to take time off from the project to defeat lung/brain cancer, but that is all gone now, 8 years now.

I've been working on a basket case Cub Cadet 124 (about 1965) for 5 years now. This summer will be it's near virgin first run. I'm going to use it for snow plow and pulling small implements. My much newer 2048 Cub just isn't built to do that kind of work.

I'm retired, after a long and wonderfully varied careers. Right now, I am rebuilding frame-up a 1965 Cub Cadet 124, throwing in a few power tricks. My work mower is a Cub Cadet 2048 - 18 hp B&S twin, with hydrostate drive.
